Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClawJolt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including waitlist members, free-tier users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

ClawJolt provides an event trigger relay platform that connects external services (Stripe, GitHub, Gmail, Slack, and others) to OpenClaw agents. The Service includes a visual trigger builder, pre-built connectors, notification routing, and trigger history.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to relay malicious payloads or conduct denial-of-service attacks, circumvent rate limits or abuse free-tier allocations, violate any applicable law or regulation, or interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' use of it.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. ClawJolt is provided "as is" during the beta period. Paid plans include uptime commitments as specified in your subscription agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data and configurations you create using the Service. ClawJolt retains ownership of the platform, its design, and proprietary technology. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawJolt and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to missed triggers, delayed webhook deliveries, or costs incurred by connected third-party services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account through the dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your trigger configurations will be deactivated and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
