1. Information We Collect

When you join our waitlist or create an account, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name and company. When you use ClawJolt, we collect usage data including trigger configurations, execution logs, and connected service metadata. We also collect standard analytics data such as page views, browser type, and referring URLs through privacy-respecting analytics (Umami).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve ClawJolt, communicate product updates and announcements, monitor service health and debug issues, and generate aggregate usage statistics. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers hosted in the United States and European Union. We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, and regular security audits. Webhook payloads passing through ClawJolt are encrypted end-to-end and are not stored beyond the delivery confirmation window (default: 72 hours).

4. Third-Party Services

ClawJolt integrates with third-party services (Stripe, GitHub, Gmail, Slack, etc.) on your behalf. We only access these services using credentials you provide and only for the purpose of delivering triggers to your agent. We do not store third-party credentials beyond what is needed for active trigger configurations.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@clawjolt.com. You may also export all your data or close your account at any time through the dashboard.

6. Cookies

We use minimal, functional cookies required for authentication and session management. Our analytics solution (Umami) is cookie-free and does not track users across sites.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of ClawJolt after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
